T here is so much more to your local library than you might imagine, and membership is free! We have a wonderful range of books available, but did you know we also hold magazines, large print and talking books, as well as a wide range of local history publications. There is even more online, including: 1. Borrowbox - read your chosen book on an electronic device, or download a talking book (great for long car journeys) 2. Libby - giving you access to 100’s magazines online. 3. Press Reader – for a range of online newspapers. We have a range of services accessible from our library PCs (you get 2 hours free access every day to our PCs with your membership). These services include: a. Access to Which Online b. Theory Test Pro – Practise the o!cial UK theory driving test for cars and motorcycles. c. Research your family history for free on Ancestry and Find My Past d. Access to business research and market research e. We can also help you with printing and photocopying (small charge) And we are always holding events at Marshalswick – these include: 1. Regular events for the children, e.g. Baby Thyme Time and Story Time 2. Co"ee mornings, Parent & Carer Co"ee and Chat, Poetry Evening – and even a quiz 3. Our ever-popular Lego Club 4.
