Full Council Meetings
Sandridge Parish Council meets formally on the second Wednesday of each month, except August. As well as our own 14 Parish Councillors, our local District Councillors and members of the public are invited to attend. Meetings begin at 7.30pm and are held in Marshalswick Community Centre.
In addition to the monthly Full Council meetings, the Annual Parish Meeting (APM) is held in May. The purpose of this meeting is for the Council to explain what it has been doing over the past year and to enable electors to have their say on anything that they consider important. Sandridge Parish residents are very welcome to attend all the Council’s meetings, especially the Annual Parish Meeting and Full Council meetings, where there is a public participation item near the beginning of the meeting for residents to express their views and ask questions. Notification of meetings plus agenda can always be found on the website and Parish notice boards at least 3 days prior to a meeting.
In accordance with legislation, proposals must be notified to the Clerk in advance of the meeting for inclusion on the agenda.
Minutes of meetings are posted here in PDF format soon after they have been approved (at the following meeting).
